The calculation of the speed depends on the weight, the drive force, the incline, the curve radius, the momentum of the vehicle and much more.
Several slops in a row reduce the speed drastically. One slope alone can be taken easy.
The speed indicated in the depot is only an extrapolation of the theoretically achievable maximum speed. The program calculates differently on the route, even if the depots prognosis is quite good.
the suggestion is for all paks that without double slope than don't have a second entry.
