While the developer really does need to address this for release by building a version that doesn't require the RTP, for people with the beta having the problem now, you can get the RMVXA RTP here: http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/download/additional/run-time-packages

I get the error with my game even though i included the rtp in the exe

rpgvxace rtp is required to run this game

So If you have not found a way to get it to work by now, I will tell you how to bypass It but It's going to cost money, the thing Is on steam and all you need to do Is buy and run the RPG-Maker.
