is there any type of 18+ content in this game?

I want to know because I'm 15 years old, and if there is any 18+ content in the game, I won't buy it

Well there's some pinups of girls in thongs and bikinis, some pornography jokes, dukes a ladies man so expect some content that would be locked in your dad's drawer. But nothing full on nudity, or actual sex just Racey jokes. And of course violence but ya know nothing wrong with blowing up people long as there's no perfectly natural sex like your parents did to make you, just good old fashioned normal violence we all love.

I played this game with my dad in 1996. Some of the sexy bits like the bikini girl dancing on a theater screen or tipping strippers were more funny than nsfw to fit the light hearted theme of duke being a ladies man. Especially, when it's in pixelated graphics.
