cheat codes don't work (resolved)

did the cheat codes change or is it a problem on my end? every time i try to enter one of the codes, it doesn't work. Is there a solution for this?

I believe only one of the codes was changed - "DNKROZ" changed to "DNGOD".

How are you entering the code? You're supposed to just type them while the game is running, not in the console or menu.

i figured it out last night, the cheat codes aren’t supposed to go in the console ^^;

But if you want to play custom maps downloaded from the internet, you use the console. You put the map file into the Duke Nukem 20th main folder, run the game, pull out console and type "map <mapname>" and hit enter. Forexample if you file is groovy.map, you type "map groovy" and you can play the map with 20th anniversary. Make sure the map is compatible with atomic edition 1.3. I think the game has trouble running maps that require the plutonium pak.
