Is there a mod like Brutal Doom for Duke Nukem?

Would be so awesome to play something like this. Is there actually a mod that makes duke nukem more bloody?

Would be nice if steroids could help Duke boot monsters into chunks.

There's been several gore mods for EDuke32, including a mod called "Brutal Duke" though it's much smaller in scope than Brutal Doom.

There's also been several gore mods for vanilla Duke 3D back in the days.

Neither old mods or ED32 mods are compatible with this version though.
