Disappearing Slimes In Home Area: SOLVED - Phosphor's Needed Shield

This has been going on ever since I bought the game yesterday. The game was automatically downloaded with the version 0.2.4b as a side note. My slimes disappear usually whenever I'm gone when their in their pens. But this time I was feeting my slimes and I looked back to one of my cages which held my Phosphor and Phosphor Honey Largos, and two of the Phosphor's escaped. The cage has higher walls and a music box. The ones in the cage disappeared into thin air and I looked back at the two escaped ones and they suddenly disappeared, leaving behind star particles.
Any responce will be appreciated, since this problem really gets me upset, same has happened when I finally found some Puddle Slimes and put them in a pen, and all I did was to get them some water and boom, gone. :(

A wild Largo just suddenly disppeared when I was not to far from it.

Phosphor slimes and/or largos cannot survive in sunlight. You have to buy the solar shield to protect them from the sun. An air net helps stop them flying out over the top also.

Well, you need to get the Air Net upgrade so that you can better keep Phosphor Slimes in your corral. And don't forget to get the Solar Shield upgrade as well; Phosphors are sensitive to sunlight.

But if you want to wait until you can buy the cave expansion it will be better for a long-term. You can put phosporus slimes there without the need to get the Solar Shield upgrade. It's about 1500 plorts to buy the expansion, it's on the left when you enter your ranch.

Also for this problem, Puddle Slimes need to be kept in the pond rather then a normal corral.
Also a few things about the pond that I found cool, it auto generates water every so often, so there's no need to re-fill it.

So pretty much Puddle slimes are easy money for no effort (would advise no more then 10 slimes per pond though)
But if you do suck up some water when collecting the Ports put it back in as it can drain that way.
