Tabby largo escape artists?! (lag escape?)
So I'm thinking this is due to a moment of lag when the game loads up my ranch as I travel towards it, but many many times now I've approached my ranch to find either my Tabby+Pink largos or Tabby+Rock largos wandering out of their pens. One time I had 5 of them. The pens are fully updated with high walls and nets.

I could sit there for 2 hours and nobody escapes. But when I leave the ranch and come back, most of the time at least 1 of them gets out somehow.

I have 2 other pens with non-Tabby largos and 1 with plain phosoris whatever guys, never had a problem with them.

Oh, and I only have 7 Tabby+Pinks and Tabby+Rockies now and it still happens. -.-

How many largos do you keep in a pen? Do you have high walls? Do you have air nets? Do you keep them well fed? How close do you keep the pens? I've found tabbies in general to be the most clever slimes that are the most prone to shenanigans like tabby towers, and that if placed in pens too close to other slimes they will stop at nothing to get at the other slimes and their plorts, I initially kept tabbies in a pen right next to rock slimes and they were constantly forming tabby towers every time I looked at them, when I got rid of the rock slimes they settled down and stopped trying to escape as often.

7 of the escapists per pen, yes walls yes nets almost always have extra food. 4 of my pens are all clustered together on the ranch.

It's happening less now that there's only 7 per pen. Several of them kinda...vanished.

That may have been vague...*7 largos in one pen, 7 in another, another pen filled with Boom+Honey largos, another pen filled with plain Honey slimes I just threw there for storage. They're in the starting ranch area with 4 pens right tight together with a path going between them.

Yeah, that'd probably do it, I've seen seven normal tabbies form a tower that's almost tall enough to reach the top of a corral with high walls, so I have to imagine seven largos could easily breach the top, I never keep more than five largos per corral because of that and always keep different types sufficiently far apart to keep them from getting too rambunctious.

Tabby play with food too.. Banging off the top net a few times and getting loose at random for me with only 6 pink tabby largo per cage.

I wondered if the "food playing" was adding to the problem. I never see my Boom+Honey largos form towers. Ever. These freakin Tabby's keep bouncing off the walls.

If they have a bunch of Plots and Food sitting in the plot, they can escape due to this. Also, if many get fed at same time, they seem to glitch through the walls and net. I would suggest for Tabby's in particular to only go with around 5 Largo's at most, they are the only ones that seem to give me trouble in this way. Tbh, you can get the most out of the Puddle Slimes and Honey/Explosive Largo combination it seems.

My Tabbys are little escape artists too but they're so cute that I can't be mad at them. XD

I do think there might be something about their loading that assist their escapes though. I've come back to my ranch to see two of those things literally go flying across the map.

As did I! One of my Pink+Tabbies flew sky high behind my house into the ocean.

And I'll say it again, they only escape when I'm coming back to my ranch. Sat there for a good 2 hours walking around the main area of the ranch with 10+ of each, and no one escaped.

My thoughts exactly.
