Can't use Puddle Slime on Ranch ?

By Puddle Slime, I am assuming you mean the ones that sit in the water. If so, you can make a Pond or something to have them in. They randomly generate Plort over time that sells pretty nicely. They do not combine atm or do anything other then sit and look cute outside of the Plorts.

You can find them in the mossy blanket, but tarrs spawn really often thanks to all the food and plorts sitting around. So in short, If you're gonna get a puddle slime be quick and get to the teleporter. Also, don't let that pond run out of water unless you fancy sucking up your puddle slime and getting more, or watching it die a painful and reletively slow death.

Make a pond ! but they drink water so you gota make sure its full... i personally built 2 ponds and i use the empty one to fill the one with the puddle slimes :]

I have yet to be able to make a puddle largo, but whether thats because its a new slime and they've yet to impliment them or because they aren't meant to exist, I'm not sure.

If you keep the number reasonable, it doesn't drain over time. I keep eight per pond and never need to fill it up. I've not tried to go for more though.

Strange. I have 15 in my pond and I have never needed to refill once ._.

Maybe the devs are holding this out for economic design and balance later?

According to the wikia, a puddle slime drinks 1 unit of water every 6 hours.
A pond naturally refills 1 unit of water every 30 minutes.
Also, a pond can hold 100 units of water.

So one could support 12 slimes in a pond without worry.

Does anyone else wish they'd add a Plort vacuum upgrade though?

also i didnt know they drink and also a pond reffils units of water

puddle slimes do drink, don't make the mistake of putting them in an ordinary pen.
