How to Work Plort Collector?

How exactly is the plort collector supposed to work? A plort is right next to the vacuum and not being sucked in.

It activates at intervals, regardless of whether or not there are any plorts.

Yeah you can sometimes see it when it expands so just do something else in the mean time.

Hi... my question is with plort collector is: how to i obtain the collected plorts? it shows me it has each 10 from my Stone/Tabby Largos but how do i get them out of the collector?

Suck them out. The silo works the same way (though the auto feeder does not).

my collector worked for some time, then i removed the plort (which decides which plort gets vaced, but then it stopped collecting.. i put plorts inside, nothing..
i tried to put a plort into the collector from out side, doesnt want to work
