why do the sounds the slime make sound like pikman
anyone one else notice that a few sounds sound exactly like pikman noises?

Not really, but then I've never actually played a Pikmin game unless you count Overlord, which I've seen compared to evil Pikmin, so I don't actually know what a Pikmin sounds like.

I guess they're kind of similar, though the Pikmin sound a bit more synthetic to me, it's just a generic high pitched cutesy voice, though.

I actually thought the same thing. I played Pikmin way too much to not notice it and I'm kind of wondering if they're actually modified versions of the same samples.
