Why do I keep getting Tarr slimes?
They literally ruin everything and they seem to breed randomly in my corrals. Am I not supposed to breed some slimes together?

How many types of slime are you keeping in your corrals? The tarr forms when a largo slime eats a plort that it doesn't naturally produce. As an example, say you have a largo that's a cross between a pink slime and rock slime. If that largo goes and eats, say, a plort from a tabby slime, it'll end up turning into a tarr. So, basically, it's not safe to put more than two types of slime in a corral or you risk a tarr being created.

In addition to the above, if you have any form of boom slime in a pen near other slimes make absolutely certain you have high walls and an air net on that corral, otherwise they're liable to launch some of their plorts into the other nearby corrals.

All of my slimes seem to turn into largos even if there's only one in the corral. Like just now, one of my tabby's turned into a largo while I was out looking for the slime I wanted to breed it with.

If you don't have high fences then they can jump out into other corrals...
Even if you DO have high fences, if you have a lot of slimes in one corral they can, and WILL, sit on each-others heads to get out.
(that's when you either keep less slimes or get the net for the top)

Tabbies are especially fond of that type of shenanigan, from my experience.

Tarrs are always made when a Largo eats the plort of a slime that is not already apart of that Largo. Honey Booms can ONLY eat honey and boom plorts (even though they don't eat they're own plorts anyway). But the point is, you can only mix 2 slimes. So when a 3rd is thrown in there you always make a Tarr. Try building tall walls and get the air net if they're getting out. Or...put in less slimes.

Dont have more than one largo type per corral as well. If you have two different largo types it will produce a tarr if your not paying attention.

when a largo eat a plort that is not what it is made of it becomes a tarr
si if you have a pick tabby largo and it eats a rock it would become a tarr

Tarr can't spawn naturally. They alwats appear because of a Largo eating another plort unlike it's own.

Only 1 question since from what's being said there's only one thing i can think of... their game isn't modded is it? If so what mod? If iron rancher, which variation? If tarr roulette, well makes total sense. If no to literally of these, then I've got no clue.
