Slime Rancher refuses to install

i keep getting "internet connection not avalable" even tho the connection is there and "content configuration unavailable" i tried every solution i found on internet for the content configuration problem and i even uninstalled and reinstalled steam... slime rancher just doesn't install... am i the only one who's currently have the problem or the devs of the game did something?

I'm having the same issue. It also cancels out any other Steam downloads but every other game will install like normal

idk about the "cancelling out steam downloads" part but pretty much looks like you're having the same issue

if i'm not alone it must mean the devs of slime rancher did something

i'm also having this issue. it says content configuration unavailable. i removed the dlc pack for the slime skins but it's still doing it

I've been having the same issue for a week now since I'm finally installed the game after buying it on Steam ages ago "Slime Rancher refuses to install with errors "no internet connection" & Content Configuration Unavailable". I already deleted all the files in the xC:\Program Files (x86)\Steam folder except steam.exe and steamapps. Then I re-opened Steam and signed in again in my Steam accounts. I'm admin on my ethernet and wifi and my Win11 OS. I'm guesssing it's server side? I will contact support. I also changed download locations to 2 different cites and got the same errors.

Also, is this direct purchase from Steam, or a different retailer?

I'm having the same issue and am seeing it in the UK(London) and France(Paris). All other games are installing fine:(

(I've also reported it to steam support. I tried all the normal tricks and they didnt help)

I tried to install Slime Rancher today on Steam (after having previously played on the Xbox and Xbox PC versions) and I encountered the same error. Sometimes it says "content configuration unavailable" and sometimes it is a no internet error. Other games are installing without issue, so the problem seems exclusive to the Slime Rancher install process. I am on Windows 11 Pro x64 and from Seattle area of the United States.

i'm on windows 10 in italy... at this point it might be slime rancher engine the problem idk
honestly I wouldn't have expected so many people with the same issue, and surely i didn't expect 2 comments from the devs...

I bought it direct from steam in 2022 I believe on sale and I tried Chicago, Pittsburgh, and St. Louis

I am in the Czech Republic and i bought the game directly from Steam in 2018
