Idea's for Slime Rancher (Say below)
I think Slime Rancher could use some ideas for developers and other people who just want to say their ideas. These things should be like upgrades, more buildings, Player upgrades, slimes, other, etc. :greenslime:

How about some cat toys. Something to keep the Tabbies distracted other than random fruit or veggies.

The mouse sensitivity slider also needs a box next to it to type in a specific value. This would make converting sensitivities between games easier and more accurate than guessing on an arbitrary location on a line.

They should add multiplayer. This game would be so amazing if you could play with a friend.

There should be a filter gadget for your vaccum gun, like you could choose what slimes/items etc are affected by vaccum. For example, if you want to pickup carrots but not pink slimes you could set it to ignore the slimes but pickup carrots

Maybe we could add an upgrade that allows for another cell of storage? It'll be helpful to have more than 4 cells of storage. I also like the idea above me.

Changing seasons would be nice, like for a certain amount of time we are in one season. Then there could be snow slimes, of course there would need to special needs for them, so a new area on the ranch, nothing big something small with snow, or an upgrade to the corrals that let them have a custom climate!

Robot plort collectors for the Grotto and the Overgrowth. It's really difficult to manage or even profit from slimes roaming freely in those areas... which I would love to do more easily.

Also a place where you can build something on the platform in the middle of the Overgrowth. It's seriously the perfect size to put something there, and it is (for the most part) out of reach of any slimes below.

maybe slimes could have needs other than hunger. Also some incentive to not build Corrals in the Grotto and Overgrowth.

I have some ideas of my own! I am going to make my own discussion on it, but I will post my ideas here for now:

New areas: The prism caverns & the Halls of Magma! Behind the second ancient door, a crystalline cave is revealed, along with many exotic fruits, veggies and slimes! Deep withing these sparkeling caves lies a massive prism gordo (more on them later) sitting atop a strange, ancient telepad. Don't travel too deep, however, as withing those caves lies halls of magma and secrets better left unknown. Pink slimes appear here, but they are the only "common" slime to be found.

Slimepedia: Slime catagories! The slimes and food should be put in groups with tabs describing each group. (Fruit, Veggie and Meat Groups for food, etc.)

Upgrades: I don't have much over more upgrades for the vakpack, but upgrades for the pond would be useful as well as a lava upgrade for lava slimes, a tar upgrade for tar slimes and a seawater upgrade for pure slimes. Of course, there will be geysers located in some parts of the world where you can get these three liquids.

Slimes: Prism slimes: These pink-and-blue slimes a large triangular prism petruding from their foreheads!... Or is that their forebodies? Moving on, they favor the Prism Berry the most, and they only eat fruits and veggies. They come with a cost though, don't let them be exposed to light or they will shine so brightly it will burn your eyes out, literally! (i.e. put them in a dark cave or in a solar shield or they will have a damaging aura) Plotomics: Used to make jewelery and used in the core of lasers. Location: The prism halls.

Lava slimes: These red glowy slimes are similar to their cousin the water slime, only they feed off of water to survive. They are damaging to the touch, and they will turn to stone if they aren't kept in a pool of lava. "Stone" slimes can be turned back into lava slimes by dunking them into lava, just don't shake them around to hard. Plotomics: used as a fuel for grills, lighters and flamethrowers. (cuz why not?) Location: The Magma Halls and the Prism Caverns (in lava pools)

Rad slimes*: Everyone knows these guys, but I just wanna give them a home. Plortonomics: Used as nucular reactor fuel, 10x more effecient than uranium. Location: The Magma Halls and the Indigo Plateau*.

Hunter slimes*: These guys need a re-skin, how about a Camo-design? These slimes eat meat, but they can take the appearance of any slime or turn invisible, and hunter largos can take the appearance of other largos and even tarrs, though they haven't been recorded to turn into a gold slime or any type of slimes that depend on a liquid to survive. One sure-fire way to check if a slime is really a hunter slime is to feed it a roostro. If it likes it, its a hunter slime. if not, it isn't. Plortomics: Used as camoflage, as it is like a camo paint. Location: The Magma Halls and The Prism Caverns.

Mosaic slimes*: These slimes (and their plorts) are heavier than rocks, making them harder to vac than other slimes. They are also known to be "immune" to the tarr, and their largos won't eat other plorts. These slimes eat mainly fruits, however they have been known to eat meat sometimes. They are purple in color, with a variety of colored hexagons surrounding them like a helmet, with each tile having it's own color. Plortomics: Used as paint, an ingredient in a building material stronger than concrete, and "Tarr Repelant" by some ranchers. Location: Prism Caverns, Glass Desert* and The Indigo Plateau*.

Food: Prism Berries: These piramid-shaped fruits come in a variaty of colors, ranging to pale red to pale green to pale purple. They are found in the Prism Caverns and they are favored by the Prism Slime. The skin of this fruit resembles a crystal, with a black, juicy inside favored by many, however few can have such a delicacy.

Prickle Pears*: Favored by the Mosaic slime*, they are covered in sharp-looking seeds that look dangerous, but the only harm they will do to you is a bitter mouthful. The seeds are to be cut off from the fruit to enjoy this sweet and tangy fruit, and they can be found commonly in the glass desert or in The Prism Caverns. It is said they contain a rare molecule known as "Hyper-Calcium", that is said to increase bone strength greatly, and is said that it's the reason Mosaic Slimes* have such sturdy mosaic helms, and why they are so heavy.

Welp, thats all I have for now. Devs, if you are reading this, please take our ideas into account and try to shape Slime Rancher into a game that pleases the community.

*I do not take credit to these Slimes/Items/Areas.

Larger and higher penn upgrades, or auto collecters for farms, and ways to keep golden slimes
Moe Howard 17 fev. 2016 às 11:34
new vacpack idea came to me; a proper hydro cannon. This eliminates the need to use up a vacpack slot while still giving you the means to fight the Tarr.

Also having proper sidequests in this game would help give more direction to what one wishes to do. I mentioned this in the review I made for the game.

for those who do free ranches(making every available space a garden/coop and letting slimes go roam around freely) a good item would be a plort collector that would rarely appear on ranch exchange, and you could put it anywhere!

Yeah that would be smart because otherwise it'd be a mess to clean up

An additional upgrade to the vac-pac that might be useful is an immediate evacuation option, so instead of needing to fire out every single item in order to turn things in, there would be a faster way of emptying your vacuum.
