Slime Rancher Review

Took the time to write this because Steam asked that I review it just to find out I can't because I played through family share...so I'm gonna post it here since I already took time out to do it.

I'd give this game a NEUTRAL review if I could, but I guess I'll lean more towards to thumbs up. The game starts as a relaxing "farming" type game but the more you explore/travel the more you have to walk back and forth. The constant lack of fast travel in this game ALMOST made it unplayable for me, the only saving grace was a 'trick jump' that I found that shaved off several minutes of walking. The game's lore/story is boring and cringe. I died a total of 3 times on my playthrough(always because I made a jump without realizing my stamina was gone) and it was still frustrating losing my entire inventory and being force skipped to the next day.

I played it for free through family share though so I guess the experience was worth it...

I've already beat the game and several days passed and the game still never dropped the last item i needed...but even if i DID >build< a teleporter...that doesn't take away from the extreme lack of fast travel
