use the offical slime rancher froums for modding help as the modders would be active there and not here...
Offical Slime rancher forums [forums.monomipark.com]
but you know the dangers of mods right?
if not just say and i can give you every thing you need to know
Will do prepare to be educated
1. If anything goes wrong with a modded game the devs can not help you as they don't know what has happened to the game. So in other words installing mods voids any help from the devs. Also mods will not work when a new update comes especially when the major content update comes so try to keep it in date.
2. Be sure that the mod is safe. There have been cases where bad things get into downloads/ been put there (viruses, trogens, spyware ect.) just be sure to scan the file before use. But anything like this is unlikely as you are getting it from the official maker of the mod but again be careful.
3.be sure you know exactly what you are doing before installing mods and when putting them in the game's files always follow the steps available again the dves cannot help so keep backups of your game and save files. The last thing you need to happen is your PC exploding don't know how that would happen but it might.
I think I covered everything thing
But with a new update coming very soon installing mods at this time wouldn't be a good idea .
Hope this helped :D
Thankfully the manufactr urer of my rig replaced the fan and CPU with updated models under warranty because it was a NOS rig, (older model but bought new fro an authorized vendor with full warranty coverage from the vendor and manufacterer). I lucked out there, most people with older rigs won't be so lucky.
So yeah, a Mod can "explode" your computer. And that is basicaly how it is most likely to occur.
And Monomi Park does not support Mods for the game at all. They didn't make it, it may break the game and posting about it ere isn't gou ing to change that. So, tough luck. Complain the the dude who made the Mod.
use the link i sent before to post a topic there you might find the mod maker as well
