Honestly I can't remember how that slime did it. But it did. Most of my gardens die pretty fast even if they are maxed out. So I store my extra food in silos around the ranch, so I can have easy access when I need to feed my slimes. I never thought of putting all silos in one area tho. My current game is going well, no escaping hungry slimes any more :D
Nice :D I have 5 total silos. They are all for food. I keep my slimes' favorites in silos and there's one silo pocket for golden plorts. I had one silo in the grotto, 3 silos in the main ranch, two by the house & one to the right of the Overgrowth entrance, and the final silo is in the back of the Overgrowth. I had two "active" gardens. One is the left plot when you enter the grotto & the other garden is next to my house. Then there's 3 coops in the Overgrowth. I might have messed that up, I can't remember where all the things are on my ranch from just my memory. :p But if you like I can take some screen shots of my ranch so you can see where I set everything up :D
