Sandy Beach Island Gordo Tabby Help please

I don't know how I can feed the Tabby Gordo that sits on an island off of the Sandy Beach. I think it's the second Tabby Gordo so far. I know I can feed her at a distance but I don't know how to retrieve what things she leaves behind. After I pop a Gordo, I wanna take all 10 of the slimes it breaks into & I tried to do that & go to the island. Then my jetpack cut out & I've lost a crate to the Slime Sea :( Please, can anyone help me so I can catch all the little Tabbies after the Gordo pops & get the crates.

Okay, first off - "the Sandy Area" is not even an area! This is just another part of the Dry Reef that so happened to be locked off of it by a Slime Gate.

You can't really catch every single Tabby Slime from that gordo unless you're really lucky. There are better ways to get them - from the first Tabby Gordo that has a teleporter to the Overgrowth under it, or just from the wilderness. If you are worried about them dying in the Sea, then stop doing that, since slimes use it as a way of transport.

Mavis, make sure you have a fully upgraded JetPack, and that it has full power
It a takes some practice, but you can actually fly just over that Gordo's head, and land on the rock behind it. And feed it from behind. (Yes, that actually works...). Or land right in it;s face at the front. You see nothing but it's huge mouth, just don't WASD once you kand, just fire away.

Practivce the Jet Pack jump with an empty et Pack, so you don;t lose anything if you land in the Sea and knock yourself out. And just hold onto the crate until you can JP back over to the mainland if you don't want to smash it on the Tabby Island.

Just takes some practice. :)

She asked how to get to the Gordo to Pop it, how t get the crates and not lose them again, and how to suck up all ht eregular Tabbies it spwans. Your response of "You can;t really catch every Tabby from that Gordo unless..." isnot helpful in any way. Nor the chiding about the name of the Sandy area (I believe the Devs called it "The Beach" in the update annoucemnt when it was added... but so what?)

I have sucked up every Tabby Slime that Gordo spawns. Several times, in several games. It can be done. and not with just "luck". I practiced it. You are correct though, that Slimes do not die if they go into the Slime Sea. They s just swim to another spot and pop back in at some point.

And "it's not the only way to get Tabbies" is very unhelpful. Mavis has played a ton of hours. I'm pretty sure she knows she can get tabbies in other locations. I have no idea how much you have played, since your account is Private. So I and others have no idea if your "info" is from personal experience, or from watching YouTube vids and reading the Wikia. And Mavis LOVES Tabby Slimes. If she wants to "rescue" every single one of them, and gets her enjoyment from that passion and objective? That's her "thing". You make it sound like she's "playing the game wrong" for playing it her favorite way, for her own personal reasons.

@Mavis... go save the Tabbies you love, however you can or want to. Just keep trying, I have faith you'll get it and big smiles. :)

Thanks for the help :3 I didn't know I had enough space to get in Gordo Tabby's face or land on a rock behind her :D That's awesome & so useful :D Thank you. You're so kind. :) I'll keep a better eye on my jetpack's power so I won't fall into the sea. I'm afraid of losing crates to the sea. Especially ones from Gordos. I think the Gordo crates are more special that the random crates around the map.

Aw Thank you :D You understood that I care very much for the tabbies :D And if I could I would get all the tabbies. x3 It's so cute how they boop my head when I'm near them :3 Thanks for standing up for me. But I don't want you two to fight.I hope this won't be a comment battle.

NP Mavis. Just practice with an empty Jet Pack to get the trick to landing in that tabby's face. It took me a few practice runs to figure out the angle and timing before I got it down. Yeap. I splashed into the Sea a number of times beofre getting it right.

Go getcha some Tabbies. I know from reading many of your posts here, that you have a passion for them. Boop on! :)
