Teleporter in Moss Blanket?

Hello all.

I know there's a one-way teleporter in the Moss Blanket that leads back to the ranch; I found it in another playthrough but now I can't for the life of me find it again. The wiki says it's "at the end of the moss blanket", but that statement could mean practically anything. Does anyone have a more precise description or a map note?

It's location should show up in the map, but just in case it's not, when you get into the main area (after you fall down) you go left and essentially go straight. Its near/past a small bridge over a river a lot of slimes are usually playing in

Got to turn right in the second section, going straight will lead to the honey Gordo. But other than that, this would be it.

As mentioned turn right in the second section. You'll go through a canyon with pink boom ferals. Go to the left a bit and you'll find a hollow log going up a bit. Go through there, turn right and follow the path. If you turn left here you will eventually find what you are looking for but after a bunch of island hopping and feral dodging.

If you turn right in the 3rd segment after following the first post to the letter and hop across the broken bridge, you'll need to do some jetpack fluttering to get to the same section described above beyond the hollow log.
