Pond upgrades?

So, we all know that the pond and puddle slimes are one of the easiest ways to get plorts and money! Since puddle plorts are relatively high in price, and easy to get, but what if they were easier?

Here's my idea, you buy a pond, and it's small and filled with stagnant, not very clean water. You can probably get 2 or 3 puddle slimes in there, and they'll only produce plorts at a slow rate, maybe half the speed they already do. However, you can get upgrades!! Such as a pond filter, which keeps the water cleaner, and puddle slimes happier! You can also get a depth upgrade, which will allow you to keep more water and more puddle slimes in your pond. Possibly a vitaminizer, which will make the water more nutritious for your little puddles, which means they'll make more plorts.

Hopefully the devs will see this and consider my idea. In the mean time, what do you think? Leave a comment with any other things that you think would make this idea better!

EDIT: Regarding the upgrades, I would not be opposed to a plort collector for the pond.

It's all good, i was kinda suprised to see this come back.

personally i don't see necroing threads as a problem for such a peaceful, and relatively inactive, community anyways

While true, necros still are generally looked down upon. Although if it brings a meaningful point to the discussion I dont see an issue with it.

As for upgrades to ponds, auto collectors are a solid no, even though drones can automate them, that is sacrificing a drone for a pond, which isn't the most ideal in some situations. Auto collectors would remove that cost, and make the low maintenance no maintenance (besides drone maintnence.). Now I may say a plort collector is a decent idea, but not an automatic one (outside of drones, the cost is heavy with that)

I just want a plort collector upgrade. It sucks having to vac them all up one by one. I always end up vaccing a slime in the process.

Hey, didn't see this mentioned...

If you use the natural ponds in your ranch expansions, such as the waterfall pond or the fountain pond in mochi miles place, you can set your drones to collect plorts from outside of plots, and the drones will collect your puddle plorts for you. The puddle slime can live in the natural ponds so you dont need to really even buy a pond plot unless you really want them to be on your main ranch.
