Tabby Gordo
I did the tabby gordo off shore and the box that usually has the key fell into the water?

what do i do, am i locked out of progression now?

If a gordo drops a key it will stay in place where the gordo was , you don't have to worry about it falling or anything , chances are that gordo didn't drop a key , not all of them do.
