Has the Switch Port of Slime Rancher Gotten Any Bug Fixes?

Slime Rancher is getting a physical edition on the Switch here soon and it has made me interested in buying it for the first time. I don't have a good enough PC to run Slime Rancher and I don't have any console that it's on other then the Switch. With the physical edition coming out, I thought it was the perfect time to finally buy it. BUT, while researching the Switch port, I noticed people complaining about some rather annoying sounding bugs (stuff like chickens not laying eggs, slimes not producing plorts, slimes being able to escape when they shouldn't, the game freezing.)

I don't want to get this game if I have to deal with a bunch of annoying bugs, so I want to know if the developers are still working on the Switch port and if there has been any bug fixes.

Probably not the best place to ask this question considering this is a Steam forum, but I'm hoping there are people here that know what's going on with the Switch port.

I have got the Switch version and it runs very well. I found it ran better than the PS4 version which I also used to have. The only annoying bug I've found is that puddle slimes disappear randomly when you leave the ranch (or even go to another part of the ranch).

NB: this is on the OLED Switch hardware, whether it runs worse on an original Switch I don't know. I wouldn't have thought so but idk.

the game draws alot of resources, it may overheat the device, recommmend running on low graphics and low detail just to prevent overheating. its speed need is at least above 100+ mb per second, 16 gb of ram, and requires at least 64gb of storage just for base game and mods.

I'm am afriad graphics must be set to low, but slime rancher modded broken right now.
