1.) If you still have the illegal pirated version on your PC, it could well be the problem. When you try to play a legal, Steam installed version using Family Share, from someone else's account, the call put out to run the executable file to launch the Steam application could also be triggering the executable file to run the pirated version, causing a conflict. Since Pirated version are rarely complete and updated, it would likely contain very ol code that has been changed in over a year. If your old save is from the priated version, it will most likely NOT be compatible with the Steam application legal version through Family Share.
So it will will freeze and/or crash due to major conflicts, and possibly memory usasge maxed out from trying to run both executables at the same time.
2.) No one an help youor tell you if it due to being too far below required system specs if you don;t tell us your system specs. "Older" means nothing. My rig is "older", but was built with good components that still exceed system spec requirements for most games, but not all. Yours may be too low end to even run this game a year after it launched in Early Access, The requirements were much lower then, and since pirated games tend to have altered code and files, they also tend to have totlaly different system spec requirements. So unless you post your system specs, no one can say if your rig can handle the Steam Legal application version using Family Share.
And contrary to what your somewhat hostile profile says, no one "hates" you because you are Romanian. Some of us may dislike you, strongly, however, for admitting to being a pirate of a game we paid for, and for having a VAC ban. which makes your honestly and character stand out to be distrusted, and disliked. BUY the game legally, or prove that you are using a LEGAL Steam copy of it for Family Share, and the developers and community may be more likely to offer friendly help with your technical issues. But we can do NOTHING about about your moral faults and lack of honest and responsible ethics.

I'll have to remember the "I already bought the game, and I am one of those who thinks stealing a copy of something I already own is okay". I mean, I bought a car. My husband bought a car, we bought a car for my 19 year old son, and will be buying one for my daughter when she turns 17. So I guess since we bought cars already, and will be buying more, there is no problem with us going back to the car dealership and each of us taking another one without paying for it. Because we already bought one. Right?
I seriously doubt Law Enforcement and the Legal System would see it that way. Same goes for buying gmaes, food at a store or restaurant, heck, even underwear. Theft is theft. And oh, btw... weeaboos are into Anime. Something that I am not into at all. And your use of profanity is highly unneccessary, just like your trying ti justify theft, for any reason.
You brought up that you thought it was your PC causing the issue. So, no one should need to ask for your specs. If you are asking for help with your PC, no one can help if you don;t bother to tell anyone what your PC is. For all i know you are on a Tandy x86 from the 80's. Speaking of which, I suppose the places i bought the compnent to build this rig from won;t mind if I help myself to some new compnenets, Since i already bought componenets from them before and supported them? Espeicially the small vendors who need every sale to keep going, like the tiny Dev team from Monomi Park does? You do get that they aren't Blizzard or Ubisoft, right?
