With that in mind, brief explanation of what the actual bug is, just to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Mudballs respawn when the player is knocked out or sleeps. The only time their respawn function is called in the code is during the time fast forward function called by these actions.
For some reason the game occasionally skips the function (i say occasionally but some people have it far more frequently than others. I get it next to never, others get it like constantly.) Leading to them not spawning when they should.
Honestly can't give you anything else as its one of 2 ways to trigger a function call which calls the necessary function. Only ther option is dying, and it faces the same issues.
ok after the 9 try i had luck...well i hope they can "fix" that or at least use another mechanic...
I'll try jumping in the ocean next, see if the ratio is better than sleeping.
