gold largos?
can u make them? and do they poof?

They can't be made normally, though a mod exists to allow such. The technical reason as to why you can't normally is "they don't exist"... and gold slimes only have 1 item on their eat map, being gingers. Gold plorts don't appear on anyone's eat map either.

You can capture them but I haven’t made one go poof yet because they only eat gilded gingers.

Think this might be where people mix up the names of gordos and largos, as you seem to be referring to gordos rather than largos or pures.
