Can't Unlock the Market Link

I have met all the requirements to unlock the market link, but every time I go to unlock it the screen says that it is sold out. I don't know what to do to get it to work correctly and would like some assistance. I am currently a Rank 17 in the 7Zee Rewards Club and have a currency of over 40,000.

Well, to get the Market Link, you need to have passed level 11 on the 7Zee thing. Check the blueprints thing; you probably already have it in there.

If it says "sold out" in the blueprint shop, that means you already have it, and it is already in your fabricator.
