BOb expansion?

since we got a chicken upgrade from Mochi does that mean we won't get a special BOb expansion, since he is the chicken guy? I mean, first off, it makes much more sense for Thora or Viktor to get the next expansion, but just looking forward.

also, it's a nice upgrade, but i have no use for it at all, because i free range chickens in the overgrowth and also love and cherish elders so i would never use anything that got rid of them. thats not a complaint or anything, I love everything about the Mochi expansion (she's so cute), just doesnt fit my playstyle :)

There's a roadmap on the website - the next big patch is going to have a bunch of automation toys, then it's Viktor's. There haven't been plans for BOb or Thora to get expansions focused on them.

I once raised chickens in the overgrowth and regretted it immensely once it became a literal ocean of chickens. Stop the chicken uprising before it's too late.

oh yeah, my framrate drops instantly but I love it.

and I've read the roadmap, i was just wondering going forward, even if it's a year from now or so

To be perfectly honest, there's probably never going to be a BOb expansion. He's clearly meant to be a joke character, and has no personality. He also appears to be pink slimes stacked inside a trench coat. But since he doesn't really have, well, ANYTHING to go off of other than his obsession with chickens, there's not really any way to make an enjoyable expansion.

Personally I would be much more excited for a potential area AFTER the Glass Desert, since Hobson's last message is located in what appears to be an inactive teleporter. What is beyond the beyond? I want to find out.

There's not meant to be an area past the Glass Desert. Or maybe... THAT IS THEIR EXPANSION!!! (No, just kidding.) But Victor's is next on terms of "who gets an expansion."

Eh, just because there's nothing special involved doesn't mean you can't build anything out of it. I mean, who knows. Maybe the pink slimes are feeding an extremely large gordo that acts as some kind of slime queen/king.. or maybe BOb is a possibly-intelligent science experiment that has taken over a lab.

Thing is even if BOb is 3 pink slimes stacked together, one of them is obviously a bit intelligent, I mean no other slime says chicken or asks for food. Tbh I think everyone could use a expansion the rate it seems that it's going. Just imagine BObs ranch is just some random rancher who no longer lives there and its just covered in slime and he wants you to collect some rare golden hen. I'd really be interested to see BOb have one to learn a bit more about BOb, especially if over his 3 rewards, he starts to get more and more intelligent and tells you about the ranch and etc. In the end, everyone deserves a small expansion like Ogden and Mochi.

Don't forget that he also is unable to speak properly because his coat is on his mouth, and the only words we are able to hear are related to chickens. He is a simple man looking for chicken to put in his farm.
