Reason this doesn't have the issues warp depots do is its only ever adding during catch up, same case for refinery links. All 3 alter a static variable (meaning its consistent across instances, or in simpler terms, if looked at 2 different warp depots of X color, its the same item in each) but warp depots can reduce during catch up.
