Way more than enough for Slime Rancher. My system is MOST DEFINITELY NOT struggling.
Windows 10, 64 bit.
Intel Core i5 4670K, 3.40GHz (Running at 30 C on standby)
16 GB DDR3 799MHz RAM (25 - 35 C on standby)
GIGABYTE G1 Sniper Z97 (20 - 30 C on standby)
GeForce GTX 970
Both would be of some assistance.
I'm so sorry for how late this response is! We've been having reports of this coming into support and I wanted to share what info I have thus far.
In the majority of cases reported we are seeing a lot of memory leak warnings, and when we check the DxDiag information we are seeing like problems with other apps and games. There are a few things that seem to help.
Do a full virus scan.
Make sure you have the most recent drivers; also it can be a good idea to do full reinstalls of your drivers in case any are corrupt.
Uninstall software you don't use anymore to help cut down on background potential background processes and conflicts.
Open Task Manager and disable start up apps you don't actually need running on start up (in the Startup tab)
In the game's options enabling VSync and turning off shadows seems to help some people as well.
If you still have problems, please reach out to us at support@monomipark.com
I hope that helps!
I try it, thank you
And it still doesent work, I just deinstalled it.
I have a computer that doesn't even technically meet the minimum system requirements. The game has never truly crashed for me in 60+ hours of play, but the initial load involves a few minutes of unresponsiveness and overheating has managed to cut the power a few times. As such, I can say that having a bad computer cannot be the source of the issue.
