its still crazy hard to get the super rare ones like lava,diamond and royal jelly. but it makes sense since we only need 1 of them per - whatever we are making.

I found a Royal Jelly with an Apiary inside my Ranch. Moss Blanked prerequisite seems to be wrong. I got strange Diamonds and this Royal jelly, but no Lava Dust so far. Still searching.

using the apiary at the moss blanket gives u a chance to get wild honey. u can get royal jelly anywhere but its super rare same as diamond and lava dust it seems like

Anyone know the drop change for them? Been trying to get the diamonds for teleporters but after about 10-15 days of farming the quarry i have had no luck at all.

Most of this info is from the game itself. As for things like drop chances in specific areas (for example, Lava Dust maybe being more common in the Volcano area or Royal Jelly in Moss Blanket), there's nothing been officially mentioned. So if anyone mentions something about it, it's all based on anecdotes, speculation and personal experience until the devs actual clarify.

Though I'd assume if you're wanting the rare items, you'd be more likely to get them from gadgets on your own Ranch, rather than any you might setup in other areas, as you wouldn't have the chance of getting a location-specific item, so you'd have more "space" for other items to drop.

EDIT: Whoops, forgot to say, it also mentions in the item descriptions of the pumps, drills and apiaries that the more Advanced versions give you more chance of finding "harder to get" items, like the Uncommon and Very Rare items. Plus the fact that you get three cycles out of them instead of just one, best to go with Advanced when you get the blueprints for them

its possible that using a pump on the volcanic island or near the crystal slime area should give a better chance for lava dust

IMO strange diamonds are too hard to get. I've gone through no less than 15 advanced drills in the quarry with not a single one. That's minimum 225 chances for at least 1 and nothing.

I went almost crazy finding lava Dust. Now i found u obviously can get them with a good chance at the volcano. previous assumptions they have a probably higher dropchance there i can definitely confirm. built 6 pumps there and got 2 instantly in the first run. previously none at any other region on all 3 runs. I still cant say if they just have a higher dropchance there or they are volcano exclusive, both maybe possible since i never get a lava dust outside the volcano region (while got bout 10 diamonds and 5 royal jelly spread over all regions)

Lava dust is also obtainable outside of the volcano.

to get lava dust, or strange diamonds you can just search around for the green, blue, or black crates, and some of them can give you them, to figure out which ones there is a guide in the loot area of the "View Guides" when you do "Shift+Tab"
