A second pink slime gordo is found on a second island but you need to burst a tabby gordo and use a teleporter in order to get there.
Then there is a phosphor gordo in a cave somewhere - I think you jump over the edge near where the bridge takes you to the Moss Blanket and follow the ledge there into a small cave.
All three gordos will give you slime keys and they are fairly easy to get to so you should be able to get three slime keys right there. One key can take you to the Moss Blanket, one key can take you to the Indigo Quarry through a cave with a danger sign in front of it (you can reach this cave early on, too, from one of the Dry Reef areas you travel through on your way to the Moss Blanket), and one key opens a door that connects the Dry Reef beach area to the rest of the Dry Reef region but is best accessed from the right exit in the Overgrowth expansion.
I recommend opening all three doors after getting all three keys so that you don't get confused later on. There are two doors to the Ancient Ruins courtyard - one from the Moss Blanket and one from the Indigo Quarry - that you can get in the Moss Blanket so you don't need to use any of your Indigo Quarry or Dry Reef keys on them. After that it is pretty straightforward.
