Dabs are dead. Fortnite's got eaten alive by apex in a mere week. And you're going to Epic? I feel kinda betrayed here, Bought the game on steam way back when Markiplier has played it. And as much as I understand SR is a singleplayer sandbox game, it is worth the cash etc....

Their whole platform is a quickly pulled out of the oven soft that is kinda spyware-ish.

In addition to that, they offer smaller taxes for things, I know it is great, but coming to think of it:

The Epic Games store is like a tumor, it keeps growing and its annoying as hell till you die from it. I personally downloaded it just to get Subnautica for free which was probably a mistake. I personally also hate Fortnite, and the fact that Metro Exodus is being sold on that store, instead of Steam's superior store. The Epic Store is supposed to compete with Steam, but at the moment the Steam store and app is just far, far superior in many ways. Funny that I'm replying to a discussion on Slime Rancher when I haven't even played 2 hours of that game.

AMEN to THAT! Same here, I didn't touch it for so long, I've opened it to see the new DLC thingamajig.

E-Store's accused of being a spyware, has no functionality better than steam, and the onyl plusses of it are weekly free games. which are a common BULLCRAP as no-one gets paid in the process and in addition, thye tend to keep it. Utter crap if you ask me, My library is about 139 games, maybe 20 of them were freebies on steam. Rest? bought with my cash, all well spent even if the game (I'm talkin GRAV here) died.

What monomi is doing is they're stretching out for more playerbase because Epic WILL kidnap all the twelve year olds to at least TRY SR.

Nowadays companies can spy on you without any punishment, that's China in a nutshell like other communist states and countries that still exist like North Korea and Vietnam. So do other places in the world, even the USA spies on you, because we are too paranoid about terrorism. Epic Games can get kids to play their games, because kids like free games, and games that look "fun" to them. I'm smarter than that and yet I downloaded the Epic Games store, because I like free games too. Most of my games I've bought with my own money, and I do have a friend in Guatemala who convinces me to pirate games, but I don't because I don't want my PC to become fried with viruses and malware. Just stay clear out of Epic's way and hide in the shelter you call Steam and it shall protect you from the cancerous children and malware that will devour the world through the internet.

I mean they will most likely sell sr on thair store aswell btw they get money for every copy that is given away for free so its not like they are doing it for completely free

Epic store is already accused of being a spyware. They collect a METRIC TON of data from your PC. Everything they can get, they pull out. As much as some people concern, it is okay, well.. I'll remind what Zuckerberg (Facebook reptilian CEO whatchamacallit) did to the data FROM FACEBOOK- HE SOLD IT TO ANOTHER COMPANY.

Steam does not interfere more than it should in your private information.

What epic takes is all it want, their TOS says that they colect all info necessary for future too.

Steam was the king of PC platform since the beginning coming to think of it. They've given you everything. Hell they're sadly closing down the movie thingie down which I thought was cool!

im sorry but this doesnt make sense whatsoever. there is already a free demo on steam which you can play and see whether you like it or not and then buy it...or not. if thats not enough you still got the 2h refund policy with the full game. thats more than enough to decide whether they want to spend money on the game or not.
