Where do I find those green slimes in the glass desert?

I'm assuming you mean the tangle slimes, and to get them, you need to splash ancient water onto one of the many flowers located across the desert. to activate the first fountain of anchient water, you need to put some plorts of the slimes in the glass desert into their respective statues near the fountain. you can learn more about the glass desert right here[slimerancher.wikia.com]

Mosaics are in a similar boat to tangles, but they have 2 pre fountain nodes one present below the main temple segment before the final segment right by a decorative statue with a silverparsnip patch, and the valley past the rock fountain that spawns fire slimes.

Alternatively, you can take the ones the Tangle Gordo give you, lmao. That's what I did. But then I had to take some more, and I had a hard time. Just today I found a new flower spot where tangles appear, it's at the north from the Mosaic Fountain.

Didn't have any problem with mosaics, it seems every oasis is full of them.

I actually died with the tangles from the gordo.
They literally went extinct until I made a tangle gordo, then found all the areas that spawned tangle slimes
