How to Get Out From The Wilds.

First, I am not good at English because I am Korean.
I hope you would be so kind to understand.

The problem is this.
I went to Ogden's Retreat and all the way to The Wilds.
I found three places where I could teleport, but they're not working.
Is this normal?
What if this isn't normal? :(

Ok so if you read the dialog by Ogden you will know that the teleporters are a bit buggy. But there is one in the cave that is always open and another behind some sea stacks just look, u hope this helps
