Labratory Upgrade
How do you buy the lab upgrade? Is it a blueprint located in the ruins? Where?

Mind clarifying what it is you mean? Almost certain you would be looking at 7zee but might be worth double checking.

The laboratory upgrade for the 1.4 patch Is that 7zee?

I'm pretty sure the lab upgrade is located in the 7zee rewards thing. At level 22, for 90,000 newbucks, you can buy it. (It costs 450,000 newbucks in total to get there)

Edit: Oh wait nevermind... If you were talking about Viktors laboratory, to get that, you need to have unlocked the Ancient Ruins, have the lab unlocked (10,000 newbucks), and bought the Treasure Cracker MK II. To get that, you need to have build 20 gadgets, then bought it for 9,000 newbucks. Then complete a trade request with Viktor, and the teleporter in the Lab will unlock.

Vicktors workshop you mean then. This is quite different than what is literally called the lab upgrade in the 7zee levels.

Requirements.
Buy the lab, unlock the ruins, buy the MKII treasure cracker. Once all 3 are done, make a trade with vicktor.
