Chicken cloner is useless

But incredibly fun. Shooting piles of chickens through it is just so... satisfying.

Sadly, it works about 50%. So, statistically, don't expect to actually breed chickens with it. I walked away with about same amount I came with.

um, but mine didn't do anything! i shot 6 thru it at once and it came back with 2. why would anybody waste precious resources over something so promising?

Well it is called "experimental" for a reason, I guess. Good thing I never really cared for feeding meats to slimes, since my hybrids would always either consume Silver Parsnips or Prickly Pears.

You need to bring more if you want more reliable results. I put 32 through it, about 10 times. Decided to quit at 45, because it kept going back to ~30.

Yeah, I found that out quick too. I think it's just more or less for giggles and if you like to gamble with RNG.

Can tell you the exact odds in the code are a 50/50 split. So yeah
