[SOLVED] Crash on Startup

[EDIT, solved:] For anyone else having a similar error, I fixed this by ROLLING BACK my graphics driver throgh Device Manager rather than updating it. It seems the latest AMD driver doesn't play well with SR. Happy ranching!

Never played before, recently installed, and cannot even start the game unfortunately. Game crashes immediately, informs me of the crash log created, and opens a black screen that never loads. I've seen similar threads, all that went nowhere and found no fix or were full of people who don't actually understand the crash logs giving unrelated advice. It seems to happen to various Unity games, not just SR. If theres anyone here who actually does know exactly what is important in the logs, that would be much appreciated.

What seems relevant:
The error file states

I could make a pastebin of the entire files if theres someone who would benefit from it and not go on a tangent about obscure fixes.

On the surface, it appears to be a DirectX problem.
What I have tried, with no success or any change at all:
Verifying the integrity of the game files.
Running as Administrator
Running in Compatibility Mode
Reinstalling the game
Restarting computer (many times)
Updating various drivers

I'm on Windows 10, with the inbaked DirectX12.
AMD A6-7310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics
dedicated AMD Radeon (TM) R5 M330 2GB
8GB of RAM
