Miracle Mix dosn't work sometimes

I went to sleep for three days strait.

In ranch,
100 Heart Beets on one garden.
100 Cuberries in one garden.

In forest,
1 Mint Mango in one garden.
6 on my Honey Tangle coral floor.
1 on my Honey Hunter coral floor.

In cave,
8 Heart Beets in one garden.
36 on my Rock Crystal coral floor.
6 Silver Parsnips in one garden.
35 on my Mosaic Phosphir coral floor. coral floor.

In lab,
0 Prickle Pears in one garden.
28 on my Quantum Dervish coral floor.
0 Oca Oca in one garden.
38 on my Boom Rad coral floor.

It works fine on the ranch,
but it seems to have negative effects on all other parts of the ranch.

The Miracle Mix only keeps food from rotting for a longer period of time, and it's only active when food is touching the soil of a garden.

My Heart Beet Garden on my ranch had 100 after 3 days of sleep.
My Heart Beet Garden in the cave only had 8 after 3 days of sleep.

My Cuberry garden on my ranch had 100 after 3 days of sleep.
My Mint Mango Garden in the forested area only had 1 after 3 days of sleep.

My Prickly Pear garden and Oca Oca garden at the Lab had 0 each, after 3 days of sleep.

The Miracle Mix only seems to work on the ranch.
If it worked everywhere, then i'd have more then one days worth of each crop.

Oh. Well that clarifies things a bit. I don't know, honestly. It seems to work fine for me.
