Is The Lab Considered As Dry Reef

im tired of running back and forth everywhere so im trying to keep everything compact so i wanted to put pumps around the Lab near the ranch so will i get all 4 of the resources gathered from pumps if i put it around the lab?

The Lab and the entire Ranch aren't considered to be a part of the Dry Reef.
