Where's the lab ?
Ok so don't laugh, but i don't know where the lab is. Can't find the thing.

Anyone care to help me, please ?

There's a stone path with two ranch plots next to it near your house. Follow it, go through the hole, and go further until you find the lab barrier and the thing you use to buy it.
