I checked my starmail thing. I didn't get the email about the vaults? I opened his letter at the end of the Glass Desert with the broken portal and I didn't get the email. Do I have to do something else? I think I restored all the oases (there's 14 right? That's what I counted). What else do I have to do? It's been like 6 in game days or more since I opened the last note

did you open casey's last letter and watched the credits? also you don't need the treasure cracker III to get the email you just need it for the pods found in the vaults

how do you get the last letter

You have to of received and read all of Casey's available emails and reached Hobson's final note.

Casey's emails appear over time and only if you've read her previous emails so if you've skipped over reading them entirely you'll need to read them and then let some time pass (so every day or two you should receive a new one until you get the final one)

I don't know the specific numbers but as I said takes a day or two to receive the next one after reading her most recent email to you so really it depends how many emails you've already read from her.

In a speedrun setting it takes around 4-5-ish minutes real time constantly sleeping and checking her emails until the last one is gotten from the first email to credits, so certainly quite a while if you haven't opened any at all.
