Alternate options for adjoining plots would be incinerators, ponds, chicken coops (if you don't mind them helping themselves), silos, or anything besides another slime who's plorts they can eat. As far as I know, tangles can't reach beyond the plot next to them, so that should keep things under control.
Now booms will send their plorts all over the place when they blow, so something to keep in mind if you put other largos in the same area as them.
that way they can eat without me coming around to often
my other things there are a silo a pond and a coop for colored chickens (which I just breed, not feed :D)
my first tangle slime thingy is in the always mentioned lab areay
Not needed, only prevent them form beeing next to another corral in a two corral spot or a 4 corral spot. In 4 corral spots you can place 2 slime corrals IF you place them diagonally. They can't reach that far. Mixed mine with mosaic and made a sliver carrot field next to them so they can feet automatically on parts of that field.
seperate them
