BOOM SLIMES
When they explode, most of the times, some plorts fly out of the corral, sometimes near, sometimes to the other side of the zone, sometimes to the corral of other slimes, wich creates tarr that have destroyed almost every slime. Is there some way to control boom slimes, apart from letting them far from the others?

I'd recommend putting an air net and the plort vacuum on the Boom Slime corral. That net can stand up to the Boom chain reaction that seems to happen regularly, and the plorts will (probably) stay inside. The vacuum should clean up the plorts, reducing the risk that a giant pile of plorts overloads the net and causing a rain of them like you stated.

The net is not perfect, but I've only had a few instances when I've found Boom plorts outside the corral since installing these addons.

Whit those upgrades, I still find plorts, they don't stop it :(

Yeah, that's why I said "reducing the risk" instead of stopping it entirely. I stopped trying to have a lot of Boom Slimes in one corral, since I can't imagine the air net standing up to 15 or so of the little scamps exploding at once. I eventually went with just making 6 Boom Slimes into Largos. It cuts into your production, but at least the air net holds up.

buying a couple of the 7-Zee upgrades (I think 7-8) will unlock "Slime toys" which reduce the stress of a slime, and in this case, calming a boom slime. In my previous save (0.9) I had a couple of tabby-boom gordos for science and never fed them, they were always starved. With a boom toy they exploded about once every minute and a half, no music box or anything. Toys help a ton.

Keeping Boom slimes and largos a good distance away from the corrals of other slime types will help keep the Tarr down.

well yes occosionally some plorts exit the corral, I raise mine in the right back place of the cave as a mix of rad and Boom, there if they do explode and some plorts get thrown out they do at least not get gathered by something else.
