I agree with this, too! Puddle slimes are some of my favorite slimes aesthetically, and while I don't find them as much of a challenge to gather as the fire slimes, I would still like a collector for them. Currently I just put them in the little waterfall pool down on the docks. Have five of them + a rubber ducky and it's a lot easier to collect their plorts from there than it is the tiny self-built ponds. I just wish I could keep more than that before they got shy and stopped... plorting. xD
my complaint is having toys in there... and MosaicTabby largos close by.. they detect the toy and jump in the ash and sometimes get incinerated... T-T a metal cage upgrade would be nice
Sounds like you probably need to relocate your Mosaic Tabbies or something. I kept Mosaic Crystals right next to mine and they never got out and at the toy... then again, they had their own toys. I find it kind of odd that they react to toys that aren't their own, honestly. I don't think that's intended, as each toy has a specific slime it pairs with.
it was intended.. same way with food for example... slime will eat any food type relating to its diet... butt it LOVES one perticular kind more... aka its favorite...
with toys... they play with all of them... butt they seem to jump more with their favorite toys lol if that makes sense...
Lmao! I know what you mean. The stress of them disappearing on me is intense!
After a bit more reading about this and watching them more closely in game, the toy DOES seem to help in the sense that if they jump out, they DO jump right back in eventually... but a few times they jumped a bit too far out and I panicked and put them back in myself, thinking they wouldn't make the 'return jump' soon enough. I dunno. I kinda just wish they wouldn't jump at all, and stay safe and sound in their little pens! Either that or allow some low walls to be added to the incinerator or something so that they don't fall out at all.
