How do you get to the ending?
I'm stuck at the new area in the Glass Desert.

EDIT: I got the new StarMails by sleeping to try to find Gilded Gingers.

I did, as well as find the final Hobson message. Still nothing.

Incidentally, I haven't gotten any new mail in this new update, so if I was supposed to get anything new, then apparently it's not triggering properly :cgrazz:.

Same problem here, I've entered the final area and read the Journal entries, even reached the second to top platform through the use of clever game mechanics. Additionally checked out other people finish the game on YouTube to see if I missed anything, but no, nothing. Such a shame, but considering the fact that I watched the "ending" and I don't care for achievements then I'm pretty much finished with the game.

I'm currently having the same issue all is done just waiting on my last star mail from casey but nothing....

This is a bug from an earlier version of the game, as far as I know, the game isn't sending the last couple starmail's from Casey because it doesn't recognize that you have read all previous messages from Casey. The fix is simple, go to your mailbox and quickly click through all of the mail you've gotten from Casey, after you've done that, the bug should be dealt with. Depending of how many messages you have left to get from Casey, you should get one message every day until the last two, which should arrive on the same day. From there you know hat to do, read through them and close your starmail, and the end sequence should be triggered. I hope this helps anyone who is still dealing with the bug! :golem:
Edit: Did some thinking, and I remembered something important about unlocking the ending to the game. Aside from reading all the letters from Casey, you also have to find and read all of the notes Hobbson left scattered around the ranch. A bit annoyed with myself that I forgot such an important detail, but what're you gonna do?

Your all wrong! Step 1: Go to glass desert 2: Go to end of desert 3: Read hobson's note 4: Wait for a letter from casey called Another Tour 5: Read it. 6: Leave house and credits!

Dude, seriously? Did you not read the comments? The author of the post said that they had already gone to the end area of the Glass Desert and read the final Hobbson notes there and it still didn't work. There is obviously something other than unfulfilled completion conditions going on here.

They changed it so you need to open 5 slime gates in order to reach the credits.

Lol welp I got credits as of now, pretty sure I had four gates. 1. Overgrowth 2. Caves (lol forgot the name) 3. Ruins 4. Black Desert. 5. Extra part in it. Oh, I guess I do have five. GG
