How would a Slime Rancher OC even work?

Do you just make your own slime?

No, I mean like a Rancher. A human character, like one of the people you meet on the range exchange.

No not like, making a character to actually BE in the game, its more of a imagination thing. You use the game as a setting and inspiration and if you have an idea for an OC (Original Character) you could work on it and show them to others who play Slime Rancher. It wouldn't be the player character Beatrix, although if you wanted to make your own design for her, sure no reason not to.

I know that, but what exactly would we be designing the character based on?

We don't get a lot of information from the range exchange, after all.

Oh, well. Like, my character, I used info from the slimepedia and some speculation to decide how make him. The slimepedia for the quarry says something about how there were precious metals there, so there was a lot of mining there, but then it went out of business because the metals degrade when they leave the atmosphere. So I figured, thered be a lot of old factories lying around. So my character lives in one he bought really cheap. And voila, I now have a setting.
