However, make sure you get all possible Gordos first. There is a guide on here listing there locations http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=803848033 look it over before attempting to exploit the game to enter these areas.
If you really are stuck, though, upgrade your jetpack fully and try to fly in. There's a spot somewhere near the tabby area early in the Dry Reef, iirc.
Sadly, looking online in the slime wiki it appears they have patched the sequence exploits.
The second of those doors should lead into the Indigo Quarry through the back end. There is another gordo that drops a slime key in there, so once you find that (or if you get either of the 2 from inside the ruins first) you can unlock the door between Dry Reef and the Quarry. It'll be inconvenient for a while unless you set up a teleporter, but you don't need to reset.
. theres also a rad gordo in the indigo quarry that drops a key
