error when trying to load

okay I have read all the solutions so far posted on these threads. I have installed all updates for windows as well as optional ones. I have installed the redistributal c++ files. I have restarted my computer and made sure I am able to run the game with my current specs. It still crashes. Running it on Windows 7 home edition if that helps. I have been looking forward to playing this since it was put on steam and even waited for it to get fixed to buy it. Is there anything lef tto do to make it work?

Hey man! Sucks that you're having this problem!

Did you restarting your PC after the Windows Update?
There were some people who kept having this problem after installing the new Windows Update. Just reinstall your PC.

If not, try installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1, if you don't have it already.

You sure you installed the Visual C++ Redistributable 2012 Update 4? That's the most imporant one:

Yeah, just fixed it. OP has also not responded for a while. Assuming he got the ''10 enemies'' achievement, I think his game worked.

Yeah I figured out that I had to run it in administrator mode and run it with servicer pack 1 as compatability. Only problem now is the logiteck buttons are all messed up. Can't even switch to other heros. Have to see if my 360 controll will be better off for me or else maybe get a button mapper

The sounds are also all sorts of messed up too other than that my only problem is why is this game capped at 30 fps? is there like a advance option or something?
