Where can i buy both this game and 2 (steam keys)?

Aside from amazon ( all offers that i saw were available only to customers located in the United Kingdom/US) and g2a ( people who bought them there left negative responses saying that keys were already used)

You can buy from Amazon UK or US if you add an address in that country. When I travelled to the US I just put in my hotel address and it worked fine, so you could try that.
