How to make UA1 work on Windows 10?

If anyone knows how make this game work on Windows 10? Every time I try to open it on Windows 10 it closes it on steam right away. No error messages displayed of any sort.

Update:
I went into the local files and attempted to run it straight from the Marvel.exe, only to be told twice that I was missing 'msvcr110.dll'. I've since downloaded this file (since I guess Steam can't even install something without ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up royal). Now I'm only receiving one message that the file is missing, so I'm guessing I need to put it in multiple places.

If youre having the msvcr110.ddl error i just followed this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HHmt-OtVU20 and ran Marvel.exe compatibility mode windows 7 worked for me
