I assume a PS4 controller is a no-go?

With all of the topics about controller issues... it's a shame because I had MUA1 on Xbox 360 YEARS ago and enjoyed the crap out of it. Wanted to get both for nostalgia sake, but I only have a PS4 controller wired via the charging cable. I never even had wired 360 controllers in the past, only wireless.

Where can I even get a wired 360 controller?

Do you have to use Big Picture mode or are you just starting up the game and it's working fine? Or are you using DS4 Windows (this is what I use for most games, even games with native PS4 controller support).

I just use Big Pic. mode and It works just fine. Tell me If you run into any problems.

Dang I'm tempted to get these now.. but I looked at the player counts on Steam DB and dead... I don't really want to play it alone with 3 AI. I remember the fun times on 360 with 4 real people playing cooperatively.

The game has been released 12 years ago, plus it's a single-player game (kind of).
The player count is way bigger on the PS4/Xbox One. I usually play it on the PS4 and find a big community of people playing online/doing achievements.

I am using a DS4 on big pic. but it is not working. what config do you use? is there something else i need to do?

I'm using a DS3 with SCP Toolkit and it works perfectly. All I had to do was go into bigpic mode and disabling the x360 option, so it configures the control like a steam or generic joystick. After that I could just start the game from the desktop icon normally, no bigpic or anything. Hope you can get it running, it's great fun
